How It Works

Our technicians apply a fine misting treatment to all outdoor areas where mosquitoes rest, breed, and harbor. This includes:

• Yards and lawns – Treating grass areas where mosquitoes rest during the day

• Gardens and landscaping – Targeting dense vegetation, shrubs, and garden beds

• Sheds and outbuildings – Treating walls and surrounding areas

• Building exteriors – Applying treatment to external walls, eaves, and outdoor structures

• Shaded areas – Focusing on cool, damp spots where mosquitoes congregate

The treatment creates a barrier that eliminates existing mosquitoes and provides ongoing protection as new mosquitoes enter treated areas.

Preparing for Your Treatment

To ensure the best results and safety, please complete the following before your scheduled appointment:

48 Hours Before Treatment

• Mow your lawn – Grass should be cut within 48 hours before treatment to allow better product penetration and coverage

On Treatment Day

• Close all windows and doors – Keep your home sealed during and immediately after treatment

• Bring pets indoors – All pets should be kept inside during treatment and for at least 2 hours afterward

• Remove pet food and water – Bring all pet bowls, food, and water dishes inside

• Clear outdoor areas – Remove toys, cushions, and other items from treated areas if possible

• Notify us of fish ponds – We are unable to treat areas near fish ponds or water features containing fish due to product sensitivity

After Your Treatment

To maintain the effectiveness of your mosquito treatment and ensure safety:

• Keep everyone indoors for 2 hours – Children and pets should remain inside for at least 2 hours after treatment to allow the product to dry

• Leave windows and doors closed – Keep your home sealed for at least 2 hours post-treatment

• Avoid watering treated areas – Do not water lawns or gardens for 24 hours after treatment

• Allow treatment to dry – The misting treatment needs time to settle and bond to surfaces

You should notice a significant reduction in mosquito activity within 24-48 hours of treatment.

Warranty

3-Month Warranty – Your mosquito treatment is backed by a 3-month warranty, giving you extended relief from mosquito activity throughout the season.

Important Weather Condition: If heavy rain occurs within 24 hours of treatment, the warranty is void as rain can wash away the treatment before it has fully bonded. If this occurs, please contact us to discuss re-treatment options.

Treatment Limitations

Please note:

• Fish ponds – We cannot treat areas around fish ponds or water features containing fish, as the treatment product can be harmful to aquatic life

• Weather dependent – Treatment effectiveness can be reduced by heavy rain within 24 hours

• Breeding sites – Our treatment targets adult mosquitoes and resting areas; eliminating breeding sites (standing water) is also essential for long-term control
