When our friendly technicians arrive, they'll provide a thorough treatment that includes:

• Internal perimeter spray treatment – A targeted application along skirting boards, doorways, window frames, and other entry points inside your home where pests commonly travel and hide

• External perimeter spray treatment – A protective barrier spray around the outside of your building, including walls, eaves, windows, doors, and other potential entry points

• Cockroach gel application – Strategically placed gel baits in kitchen, laundry, and bathroom cupboards where cockroaches typically nest and feed

• Shed treatment – Spray treatment to sheds and outbuildings near your main building to prevent pests from harboring close to your home

Our technicians use professional-grade products that are effective against pests while being safe for your family and pets when used as directed.

Treatment Duration: Approximately 45 minutes (may vary depending on property size)

Preparing for Your Treatment

To help our technicians work efficiently and ensure the best results, please complete the following before your scheduled appointment:

• Vacuum and mop floors – This removes existing pest debris and ensures better product adhesion

• Clear floor areas – Move furniture, toys, and other items away from walls and skirting boards to provide technicians with easy access to treatment areas

• Remove food items – Clear dishes, food, pet food bowls, and water bowls from kitchen counters, floors, and cupboards you would like treated

• Provide access – Ensure technicians can easily access all areas of your home, including cupboards, laundry, bathroom, and external areas

After Your Treatment

To maintain the effectiveness of your pest treatment and ensure maximum results:

• Avoid cleaning treated areas – Do not vacuum or mop treated surfaces for at least 24 hours after treatment. This allows the product to properly bond and create a lasting barrier

• Keep surfaces dry – Avoid washing or wiping down treated skirting boards, door frames, and other sprayed areas

• Allow products to dry – Keep children and pets away from treated surfaces until they are completely dry (usually 2-4 hours)

You may notice some pest activity in the first few days following treatment as pests come into contact with treated areas and dying—this is normal and indicates the treatment is working.

Warranty

Your general pest treatment comes with a 9-month warranty, giving you peace of mind and ongoing protection against common household pests. If you experience any pest issues within this period, simply contact us and we'll return to re-treat at no additional charge.

Important Notes

Please note that this general pest treatment does not cover:

• German cockroaches – These smaller, highly resilient cockroaches require specialist treatment and a different approach

• Ants in yards and gardens – Our treatment focuses on ants entering and living inside your home; outdoor ant nests require separate treatment
