Cancellation Policy
State Pest Management provides online booking services for residential and commercial pest control across Queensland. By submitting an online booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and all applicable Queensland laws and regulations. Service Availability All online bookings are subject to availability and service area coverage. Appointment times selected online are requests only and are not confirmed until accepted by State Pest Management. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, access issues, technician availability, or regulatory requirements. Booking Confirmation An automated email or SMS confirmation will be sent after booking submission. This does not guarantee the appointment. We may contact you to confirm details, request further information, or adjust scheduling if required. Pricing and Payments Prices displayed online are indicative only. Final pricing may vary based on pest type, infestation severity, property size, and site conditions. Any price changes will be discussed prior to treatment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or refusal of future services. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations, failure to provide access, or absence at the property may incur a cancellation or call-out fee. Access and Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure safe, clear access to the property at the scheduled time and provide accurate booking information. You must disclose pets, children, allergies, hazards, or sensitive conditions prior to treatment. Unsafe or inaccessible sites may result in service refusal. Health, Safety, and Compliance All services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with the Public Health Act 2005 (Qld), Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld), and relevant pesticide regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cease treatment if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant. Policy Updates State Pest Management may update this policy at any time.
